A new home in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona that will be sold upon completion.  The project program includes a great room (living/dining/kitchen), four bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, powder room, laundry room and two-car garage.  The building incorporates numerous environmentally conscious technologies and equipment including a structural insulated panel (SIP) roof, tankless water heater, single zone heat pump, LED lighting and strategic window and door orientation for optimal passive heating and cooling.
